Been struggling with lower back problems for around 5 years and Manav is the first of many specialists which is booking progress on my physical limitations. His knowledge and methods are unique. I would send anyone I know to him. He treats me for approximate 1 year now and I will stay with him for many years.

For 5 years with low back problems and appearance to buttocks have been with many therapists and doctors.
Chiropractor, various physiotherapist, osteopath, dry needling, body stress release, orthopedist, manual therapy... Sometimes it gave temporary relief but it was always short-lived.
It could have something to do with the menopause or maybe something mental? This made me very sad and especially because I really did (and do) everything to live as healthy as possible. Good nutrition, regular sports, various sports, sufficient sleep etc.
Now I have had 4 treatments at Manav and what a difference! The first treatment was not pleasant. My back shot into a permanent cramp and had to be slowly loosened first. The relaxation of the muscles is getting better and better, so that the treatment also becomes more and more effective.
From a cramped crooked posture, there is already clearly a whole improvement in posture visible ánd sensible.
I am very happy that there is finally someone who sees the problem in a broader perspective and knows how to treat it as such. Thanks Manav!

Don't go to Manav if you want an average, middle of the road, nice and easy massage. If you need to really reduce your complaints and pain and you want your massage to be targeted to that, go to him. Highly effective and extraordinary, special category!

I head massiv trouble and pain... after the first treatment it was 70% better. Phantastic!

I am happy and thankful for the wonderful massage therapie i recived from Manav. It was a life changing practice for body and mind.

What an impressive and above all redeeming experience. Came in as uncooked spaghetti and walked out al dente an hour later. Thanks again for the clear explanation and effective treatment.

Heel erg bedankt voor deze mooie ervaring! Ik heb zelf altijd last gehad van mijn onder rug en voel na 1 behandeling oprecht een wereld van verschil. Manav heeft een bijzondere aanpak die ik zelf nog nooit eerder heb meegemaakt. Ik ben zelf op advies een afspraak gaan maken en ben zo blij dat ik dit gedaan heb! Als je klachten hebt is dit de plek waar je moet zijn

Lange tijd liep ik rond met rug-/schouderklachten en na bezoeken aan verschillende behandelaars bleven de klachten steeds maar terugkomen. Een uitzichtloze situatie, totdat ik toevallig Manav tegenkwam. Reeds na de eerste behandeling was er een wereld van verschil merkbaar.
Gedurende de volgende weken namen de klachten steeds verder af en terugkijkend is het resultaat echt ongelooflijk. Dit had ik niet voor mogelijk gehouden of durven dromen.
